Coach
Peter attended the University of London, where he earned his degree in History, before completing his teacher training at the University of Exeter. He spent over 30 years in secondary education, working with students aged 11–18 across a range of settings, including both day and boarding schools in the public and private sectors.
For much of his career, Peter served as a pastoral leader, supporting students’ academic, social, and personal development. He worked closely with both students and their families, taking a solution-focused approach that placed the individual at the center of his work. This experience shaped his commitment to thoughtful, individualized support tailored to each student’s unique needs and circumstances.
Alongside his classroom teaching, Peter was deeply involved in co-curricular life. As a qualified rugby and strength and conditioning coach, he has extensive experience helping individuals identify challenges, build effective strategies, and develop the resilience needed to succeed. He brings this same approach to his work today, leveraging his experience to help individuals identify challenges, develop strategies, and overcome obstacles to realise their full potential.

By establishing and following structure and set routines, you are no longer having to 'run to stand still', and have greater time and mental and emotional energy to devote to those things that you find fulfilling and enjoyable.
