Tasha Crupper is an accomplished Assistant Director for a pre-college program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), bringing more than 21 years of experience in education linking K–12 classrooms to post-secondary pathways. A relentless advocate for educational equity, she has dedicated her career to advancing opportunity for youth by intentionally connecting academic preparation to real-world readiness.

A former military child born in Minot, North Dakota, and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she competed in track and field. She later completed a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dallas. In recognition of her transformative impact on students and the broader community, the City of Las Vegas honored her contributions with an official proclamation declaring “Natasha Williams Day.”

Beyond her professional achievements, Tasha leads an active, service-driven life rooted in community and connection. She enjoys working out, running, gardening, playing, and watching sports, while remaining deeply involved in community service and her sorority. A devoted wife and proud dog mom, she also enjoys shopping and traveling, experiences that allow her to recharge, immerse herself in new cultures, and continually bring fresh energy, perspective, and purpose.

What does “structure creates freedom” mean to you?

Consistency and predictability give students the mental and emotional space to thrive. Structure doesn’t

cage them; it frees them.

What’s a small win you love seeing students experience?

The moment a student stops saying "I can't" and starts asking "how."

How would you describe your coaching style in three words?

Consistent, challenging and championing.

What was your favorite class in school?

Chemistry.

Who is one person you admire?

My mom.

What’s your reset ritual after a long week?

Self-care Sunday (spa, facial, relaxation).

If you could unplug anywhere for a week, where would it be?

A villa in the south of France or Maldives.
